The American College of Pediatricians is a right wing social advocacy group. It's not on the same level as other medical associations. The legit association for pediatricians is the American Academy of Pediatrics.

There is no reason for the imposition of genders on people, including "man" and "woman", for "male" or "female". Doesn't matter. It is an irrelevant subjective and symbolic experience and "transgender people" are a symptom of the social and symbolic disease that "genders" are, including and especially the binary "man" and "woman". It is not the other way around.
