The only logical response or answer is Penrose's cyclic universe model, as he himself states. Was there a singularity and resulting expansion, perhaps. But something can not come from nothing. I've watched countless physicists talk about the bullshit of Big Bang and also watched Penrose speak. You are misrepresenting what the actual scientists say. In my personal belief, not one of Sir Penrose, the cyclic model also points to simulation theory. As the simulation is being run multiple times from start to end.
