If humans could see infrared light then it would look at least similar in shape. But in real color the nebulas like the ones in OPs picture are almost invisible, the picture in top-left of picrel is the visible light photo, it's just black. Then several different colors are applied to JWSTs various infrared filters and then those are all joined together to make it look like OPs pic. I think most people know the colors aren't the real colors though
