Whenever I learn something mathematics related, it just falls out of my head 10 mins later. How can I make it stick so I don't have to be a retard for the rest of my life? I'm already 26 so maybe it's just age? Is it possible to become 'good' at mathematics at my age? For context I don't even know my times tables.

That's fine, most things probably fall out of your head if it's not immediately applicable to your thoughts.
The answer is to solve problems

it's probably already over for you, but maybe you need something like "counting for retarded children"

like another anon said, you need something that will signal to your brain that its important to remember, or at least more important to remember than what a random anon said to you last week.
also cant hurt to cleanse your brain of fuck, emotional catharsis and stuff.
cold showers, diet, exercise, avoid dopamine-drains like social media, etc.

maybe try modafinil if you have borderline narcolepsy like me.
