I learned in my oncology class that anal sex can cause cancer because chronic, minor trauma from penetration the anus can cause the histology of the anal lining to
transform from squamous cell to adeno/glandular cells. This process of metaplasia is supposedly highly carcinogenic and accounts for a lot of anal cancer cases that aren’t related HIV, HPV, and HSV.

So around the egg, there is this layer called the Zona Pellucida which protects the egg from implanting too early at random sites along the fallopian tube or the womb. As this egg is going down this tube, sperm, after ejaculation, will travel up towards the egg. The difference between which cells become targeted by sperm comes down to the receptors to which the sperm binds. On the Zona Pellucida, there are receptors which are specific to sperm only, no other cell in this body has this receptor (from the top of my head, I think it is called the ZP2 receptor). This receptor is also only specific to human sperm, so even if you tried to fertilize an egg with mouse sperm, the reaction would not occur. This is called "species specificity", but to answer your question simply, other cells don't have the same receptors to receive the sperm like the egg does.

Just because you experience a lot of sexual pleasure despite being circumcised doesn't mean everyone else does. Apparently it never occurs to you that different people can have different experiences. This is empirically false. There are documented cases of men who were circumcised later in life and managed to have sex before being circumcised, and regretted being circumcised. Here's one article I found written by a Russian Jew who was circumcised as an adult, and reported a massive loss in sensitivity.
