Guys explain to me how an enema works, the part about digesting liquids through your anus.

The colon is the main part of your digestive track that absorbs water. There is some absorption going on earlier, but it's minor. You don't want shit to gets to dry before the colon and block the way and kill you, so it stays diarrhea-like up to the colon and if you're healthy it dries just enough to leave beautiful turds.

So when you insert liquids directly there, it gets absorbed into your body much faster than the other way. You can easily poison yourself with alcohol this way.

It's a practical method of doing several water-soluble drugs when you have little of it. Think of a speed high you'd enjoy and how many pills you'd need for it, and then put only 1/4th of it up your ass, you'll get about the same rush, just 4 times shorter.
