can we define and categorize race?
race is used to mean anything from ethnicity to people living on the same continents (Americans saying indians and Koreans are the same).
can we define it properly?

From Merriam-Webster
>a category in biological classification that ranks immediately below a species and designates a population of a particular geographic region genetically distinguishable from other such populations of the same species and capable of interbreeding successfully with them where its range overlaps theirs
Broadly I can identify 12 or so subspecies of humanoids.
>Europeans
>West Asians and North Africans
>Central Asians
>South Asians
>East Asians
>SE Asians
>Polynesians
>Eskimos
>Native Americans
>Melanesians
>Aboriginies
>Sub-saharans
Clearly physically distinguishable groups, genetically distinguishable, and vary greatly in observed behavior. Of course you can then subdivide forever (differences likewise become much smaller, much like African Lions are a subspecies of lion, but there are some groups that noticeably differ i.e. strange behavior or bigger/smaller than normal etc.) e.g. Germanic, Latin, Slavic (ethno-linguistic lines), or even further e.g. Prussian, Bavarian, Saxons, Austrians, or even further until you reach the individual.
