The next ice age has started
Overall snowfall has been above the long term average for the past 12 years in a row as as having been above the long term average for 19 of the past 25 years. Once you start to get statistics like that, its impossible to dismiss it as anomalous or random, it is clearly an established patten.

Who knows really.. how the carbon cycle will be affected. the nitrogen cycle. Humanity has flushed vast quantities of nutrients into the oceans at the same time as it is going to double or triple the amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.. more than there has been for 10s of millions of years. Seems pretty unlikely that we are headed towards the glacial period with the state of Arctic ice pack.
From what we understand the glacial inter-glacial cycle is caused by regular variations in solar forcing, but currently solar forcing is considerably drowned out by other forcings.

>>15861279

The Ice core data you posted starts 170 years ago in 1855, the temperature today in Greenland is almost as high as the highest times during the past Interglacial, at least as accurately as we can measure through ice cores.

It's important to note as well that the temperature delta in Greenland and the arctic is higher in general, when the earth does warm, the arctic warms about twice as fast as the average.
That's why the range here is much higher than average historical Interglacial temperatures.

CO2 actually rose from 180ppm to 260ppm at the end of the last ice age; It's generally understood that orbital changes and Inclination changes are largely responsible for the initial push start of the de-glaciation process, however declining albedo from retreating ice sheets and released CO2 from warming oceans actually do the bulk of the change in the earth's energy budget as part of a positive feedback effect.

There is actually some debate regarding the end of the last ice age specifically, some hypothesise that the solar forcing cycles were not strong enough in that instance and changes in atmospheric did play a role in that de-glaciation event.

there is considerable debate as to whether rising CO2 was part of the initial cause of de-glaciation,

>> No.15863200

I know he's not here for a good-faith argument, but I'll indulge the anons who will actually read this. >>15863149 is trying to use a pilpul argument to distract from the fact that merging unlike datasets produces results that don't necessarily have the claimed relationship. Without a control dataset that compares the two in a contemporaneous manner (for example, ice cores for years which we have measured temperatures for, or tree ring data of the same) we can't trust those estimates to provide an accurate representation of the time that they claim to represent.

The most common type of data fraud used to perpetrate the global warming hoax is one in which proxy data for the modern thermometer era is excluded. In an honest sequence, the graph would include proxy data with error bars alongside measured temperatures in order to show the reader how much that particular proxy comports with actual measurements. Without that, it implies an untrue level of accuracy for past measurements which are in reality estimates based on particular isotopic concentrations and growth ring sizes.

The only thing that matters is the shape of the carrying capacity curve, which is a function of the extraction rate of resources, which is a function of population and EROEI. CO2 isnt the problem. Depletion of natural resources isnt the problem (except bioresources). The problem is the massive subsidization of third world populations.
By the time oil, gas, uranium would be depleted (minimum 3 centuries, probably more), a competently-run Europe or USA would have more than enough time to come up with alternatives (either reusing waste products, improving the efficiency of current technologies etc...).
Instead, the only world regions capable of solving this question are run by malthusian population reductionists (only European for whatever reason) that would rather send $500 billion dollars in aid to an assortment of shitholes populated by 80 iq smoothbrained primates 99% capable of only fucking and eating.
The elites must have some absurd hidden tech, capable of either insulating themselves against the impending global wasteland, or just straight up leaving the planet altogether.

You should brush the snow off your greenhouse and let it warm up in there. You can grow nice crops over winter in a greenhouse like that, I get a massive spinach crop every winter in my greenhouse, it harvests in February just in time to get the spinach out of the way and get the spring and summer crops a head start.

According to the science, conscience is something that develops in some people, but not in all people, around age 5-7. Given the number of people who are chronologically adults, but who still watch children's cartoons and play video games, it seems reasonable to expect that a lot of them never progressed in psychological development past the 5 year old stage.

This, science was only an effective technique for learned back when it was conducted by the Christians who founded the scientific method. The subsequent generations of atheists who title themselves scientists are incapable of honesty, which also makes them incapable of executing the scientific method.
