If you have an uncooked food, it usually tastes better if you cook it before you eat it.

Even some things where you are not adding anything to it, just giving it fire it comes out tasting better.

Why does this happen? Why does cooked food taste better than uncooked food?

What is the Science reason for this? Why does getting fire on a food make it taste nicer?

Cooking adds extra seasoning, like salt/oil/spices/etc

Thats not to mention that our brains/body evolved to get more dopamine hits from a cooked food, be it smell or taste

This doesn't always happen though. An example is marshmallows. If you eat it raw from the bag it tastes okay, but if you light it on fire for a few seconds it tastes a lot better.

Usually they die out or get sick and let that become a social lesson for the society/tribe of future generation to avoid.

Step by step, generational foundations are laid down.

Cooking food often causes a chemical reaction turning other materials into sugars. We love sugars.

Also, cooking tends to destroy cells, which also release taste and aroma

There is an evolutionary reason. Cooked meat smells good to us because it means the bacteria has been burned away and it is safe to eat (or safer than raw meat).
