Wait for the cosmic expansion to turn into contraction and for the universe to collapse back in on itself which sets entropy back to zero (number of possible microstates reduces to 1, so S = log(1) = 0). Because entropy is one of the rare properties of the universe that is not reversible. It can be used to tell past from future and so there is a natural correlation between it and our observation that time only moves in a single direction despite every law of physics we have say there should be no such preference. Though as the saying goes, correlation does not mean causation. I do not believe there is any accepted consensus that entropy is actually the reason for time's arrow, it's seems much more likely to be a consequence than the cause.

Entropy is a measurement of disorder right? But the final state of entropy is the heat death of the universe, where everything is uniform and at a steady state temperature. Then why is total disorder the same as total order? I'm too much of a brainlet to understand.

for simple systems, like 2 atoms bouncing around in a box, if you take a video of it then show someone, they wouldnt be able to tell if it was being played in forward or reverse. for more complex systems, like a water balloon popping, you can obviously tell if its being played in reverse. There's a lot of youtube videos about the Boltzman Brain that cover what you're asking.
