if we were a little dumber the industrial revolution would have never happened and we would not be living in this modern hell hole. everyone would be happier and we'd mainly be working blue collar jobs. eventually natural selection would outsource the demand for advancements in medicine. everything would balance itself out.

On the other hand, if we were a little smarter, we could have enjoyed the benefits of technology without letting the parasite class use it to create this modern hell hole. Everyone would be happier, healthier, freer, and more successful

I think people would be highly depressed tho, more people would feel unfulfilled. suicide rates would be intense. although we'd probably have suicide booths or and be highly accepting of assisted death so suppose it could work out.

we should be grateful the industrial revolution happened, as well as grateful we didn't live through it

That is complete nonsense. Most of the population is too retarded to take rational decisions for their own good and that is why there is so much suffering and misery.

We?
We're fucking retarded as a species.
A few freaks are responsible for giving us every invention that made modern life possible.
It was almost an act of cruelty giving literal apes the means to destroy themselves.
