I have heard multiple women throughout my life say things like, "You should never regret doing something because if you did it then that means you wanted to in that moment," and use it to justify everything from partying to casual sex to straight up cheating. It's well documented that the older the parents are the more frequent the occurrence of birth defects, particularly with autism, particularly if the father is older (40+).

Also people 30+ have already gone through one or more failed serious relationships and generally do not wish for another one.
