From this chart, most female heavy are cultural practices minus law and biology. Meanwhile male heavy are all math based bar history, religion, and law enforcement. I think you don't even need to 'bar' any majors if you frame it a different way.

All the women heavy fields are about 'people'. How do I manage people, how do I help people, how do I nurture people, how do I study people, How do I take care of people etc. A result of their evolutionarily feminine nurtural instinct.

The men on the other hand, are interested in 'things' and abstract ideas, not people. A civilization & Society building instinct, derived from the evolutionary instinct for provision, creation, guiding, leading etc.

This framing accounts for all the outliers you mentioned, theology, medicine etc. That's why I said 'They gotta act a mommy' in the last post. They have no families of their own to manage, nurture or care for, so they go into professions that satiate that instinct. They basically just go into professions where they can roleplay mothers, wives, grandmas, etc.

There should unironically always be a bias against men. Nursing, for instance, when it was more difficult an occupation was mostly occupied by men, when it became easier and more standardized it shifted to women because they're naturally better with people. Same thing with teaching, doctors, and everything else. Men always initially colonize a field to solve all the initial difficult problems, then as the occupation gets reduced to essentially an algorithm it shifts to women because there's no more problems to solve and they can focus on people.

Basically tl;dr job becomes easier -> solving problems become less important -> women become more useful than men.

I think less men and less women should go to college honestly.
Most people are a net negative when they go to college because they either drop out (and it's not always because of money), or because they get a shit degree and their earnings is only higher due to being less stupid than the average non-graduate.
So it's not that men are going to college too little, it's that women should go less, and so should men. The bar needs to be much higher than a heartbeat and a high school diploma/GED.

College should be for people who want to go a learn something. Infact I believe college should be a luxury. If we're gonna have mandatory school then get the most out of it. Cut the calc budget for AP only, go up to trig and stop for math, science should be on the method and more hands on unless they actually want to work as a specialist, fucking history needs a complete reworking, reading should be altered to learning basic bitch ethics, and more importantly get the shits moving. Have triple field days, more outdoors type shit, make gym not nig ball every god damn day.
