Lots of jobs will ask if you ever were fired while under an investigation and that's an auto red flag when you're at the first stage of interviews or resume submission, and if they check references and your prior employer either won't give a reference or says you're on the don't rehire list, it can blacklist you, especially in small or niche specializations.

Doesn't make it right but that is part of it.

That said it's dumb to fuck yourself out of unemployment etc if you're in a position to benefit, but if they fire you for cause you're fucked anyway.

So the team deliberately sabotaged Jamal, making him do data entry instead of teaching him the job because they didn't like the degree he had and had some racial bias. Most jobs, even technical and engineering jobs can be learned if you get a bit of training first, and have a good background, which it sounds like this guy did. He had math and some aero learning.
Companies will not go out of their way to be diverse, only signal that they are welcoming and inclusive to people of all backgrounds, so this guy was deemed qualified by the first boss.
The first boss decided to retire early, and this retard thinks it is because of their complaints.
Also, that allegation about the new boss being the one to fuck up the data seems fishy as fuck. These companies don't put their proprietary data on the network, it has got to be something isolated, and no doubt Jamal, who had been assigned to nothing but data collection for months was the one who fixed it.
