Why it has two peaks is that the college runs on the rights donations, so it has to let them in. And with the same score, it's more impressive to get, say a 1550, when you're completely broke living in an apartment and going to a public school with uneducated parents, vs getting a 1550 with parents who are educated & millionaires and you go to a private school and have 5 tutors. So the former is favored. Since it really is more impressive.

Institutional racism begins with all Asians getting F- for "personality scores" from the administration and all diversity and nepotism adminissions getting A+++ for personality scores.
