The supposed difference between sex and gender was always a dishonest tactic trannies used to worm into acceptance. These days MtF trannies literally put "female" on medical forms. I work for a health insurance company and because the law now requires us to honor anyone's desired sex we have to have a bunch of extra failsafes in place to prevent male-only procedures from denying when billed for females because those females might be biologically male. It's just a complete fucking mess and anyone who argues about the difference between sex and gender is lying through their teeth because that's literally not how trannies approach the topic.
