companies now literally put out applications only for women. They're all trying to reach 50% female and POC. It's almost impossible to not get a job if you have a vagina. Wouldn't be surprised if this bitch had a high school education.

What's kind of interesting is her career.
She worked as a "Molecular Science Liaison", which isn't a good job. The average salary for that is about $74k/year.
Contrast that with a Medical Science Liaison, with an average salary of around $170k/year.
She did that for less than a year, then got a job as a "Business Development Manager", which again isn't a great job and it's definitely not a "scientist" job at all.

Currently, her job is an Associate Director, Medical Science Liaison, which means she helps actual Medical Science Liaison's, who get paid more than her.
She's basically a secretary who helps the Director of MSLs coordinate projects and timelines. She probably doesn't have much (if any) contact with MSLs, and she's definitely not performing any actual science with a job like that.
Basically, what a diversity hire is meant to do: pump up the "diversity" numbers without really doing much that could adversely affect the company.
Source: I have a high-paying job in pharma/biotech, and I know how most of these other departments function.

These are the first people to get fired when the company has a few bad quarters.
Most of the people fired recently at tech companies have been girls in HR/sales roles that weren't contributing much.

SCOTUS is about to rule on discrimination in college admissions. The Supreme Court is currently 6-3 in favor of Republicans (IE the party that actually opposes racism and sexism) so they will likely rule that discriminating against white and Asian people for college admissions is illegal. That will set a precedent that discriminating against white males is illegal. They will still try, but soon it will be easier for the victims of discrimination to fight against it.

Yeah, but they're better than sales reps, since MSLs aren't allowed to push drugs or visit doctors offices for sales calls.
They're around to answer questions and make sure physicians/pharmacists are using the drugs as intended.
