Meet Laika. She was launched with the Sputnik 2 in 1957 for a one way ticket into space. (The mission was purposely one-way as retrieving craft wasnt possible yet)
Several hours after her launch, she dies due to overheating (104 Farenheit/40 Celsius)
However, the official reports (day 2) said she was still alive (even though we had real time telemetry of Laikas heartbeat and respiration which showed she was dead) Days after: they continued the lie, with conflicting reports that she can still be recovered while others said she died of asphyxiation. The craft was destroyed as it came crashing down to earth, disintegrating the body.
It wasnt until 2002 when a key figure in the original mission said she died day 1 due to overheating caused by a “mechanical issue in the thermal control system“ (104 degrees)

She reached a 217 mile height above Earth. At this height, lungs rupture and tissues (human tissues) are just BARELY kept from bursting.

What are the chances theyre still lying and the reason they kept lying was because Laika died a horrible death of asphyxiation while being cooked alive dry, while her lungs are bursted and her skin tissue exploded?

If 1 billion dogs were intentionally slowly boiled to death to achieve space flight, that would be worth it.

I don't care how the dog suffered and died. The dog is a dog and dogs don't matter. All that matters is what was learned from the experiment. Better for a dog to die from overheating than a person.
