i was just thinking about this earlier. If humans start colonizing space, communication would take longer the farther we go away from earth. If we could find a way to use linked particles for communication then one human colony very far away could change its state and we on the other side would know something is happening over there.

The measurable propagation of change in stuff like energy or matter has hard limits per our own definitions we made up. However, with the unknown factors that comprise this universe, time may not be las linear as we experience, it might be possible that retro causality is somehow a thing, depending on what part of this dynamic form of reality we are concurrently experiencing.
