Extremely common, and this mental illness doesn't stop, it becomes worse after the surgical and chemical procedures, no wonder these la creaturas eventually kill themselves.
There was a tranny in my area who eventually went mad, started sleeping on streets, used to pick fights with random people, ate actual shit and stuff, died in a road accident I think, or a drug overdose.
