Let's discuss quantum anomalies in this thread intstead of OP's gay schizo blog.

Why is there a mixed 't Hooft anomaly between center 1-form symmetry and CP for Yang-Mills at theta=pi? Why does this imply that there is an effective Chern-Simons theory on a domain wall separating the two vacua?
