science knows no borders, as we know it, if not the financial aspect. however there is one little inconvenience, an impediment, which is also, according to numerous quotations a threat to humanity, for various bullshit reasons like "punishing humanity for being sinners", "testing our faith".
also, the same problem takes credit for 90% of things science discovered and tries to explore and improve.

so. the question is,
