Smoking i.e nicotine when I have low tolerance reduces my visual snow to nearly zero, I hope this information might benefit some big brains that research this affliction.

yeah but it isn't just all the combustion/tobacco-related stuff that is bad for you. Nicotine is bad for you - whether it is a patch, a gum, a vape, whatever. It may be 'less bad' than getting it from a cigarette - but there are still plenty of bad/undesired effects that go along with the desired effects. Just like any drug - pros and cons.
