Hey /sci/, I saw this in the sky just a bit ago, I'm sure its something obvious, but what is causing these lights, I don't see any lights pointing at the sky.

that's a textbook swamp gas powered weather balloon. See how it moves around like that? Not only roundwise but in a sphere plane clockwards arrangement? That's how you know it's some kind of thing

it is coming from the ground, you can tell because it gets fainter as it moves into the clear spot in the sky. probably spotlights from a car dealership or concert or a disco ball or a flood light reflecting off a pinwheel or something.
looks weird though, maybe it was aliems i dunno, just telling you what is most likely.
