Define harm. Bigger tits would cause a woman to get a richer husband and more and better career and social opportunities, which lead to improved health outcomes in a variety of ways. The direct health risks of the surgery are negligible. Most women with small tits who aren't athletes or lesbians should be getting boobjobs

Im going to out a hard doubt that increasing your breast causes a significant increase in your ability to gold dig. There are far better less intrusive methods mostly related to changing your behaivour that would greatly increase your success rate for gold digging. There are also woman who are already married to men that make alot of money we will say 150k+ that get implants. (How do you think they can afford some stupid surgery)

There is diminishing returns for income vs quality of life above like 80k your husband making 200k vs 150k will make little to no difference to your quality of life. Even then 150k is pretty rare above that even rarer so if you find a guy who makes that much the best strategy for a gold digger would be to stay with your current man and not risk cheating and losing your current boyfriend/husband.
Either way gold digging is pretty retarded for improving quality of life.
