29 year old female patient suffering from recurring atrial fibrillation and chest pain beginning approx 1 day after covid vaccination with novavax. Over 60 days patient has 40 afib episodes and recurring chest pains. No history or family history of cardiac problems. Pain is on off 1/10 peaking 4/10 with no pattern. Bloods clear. Echo clear. MRI clear. Angiogram clear. Patient prescribed peridoprol and propranolol by cardiologist. 240 days after initial episode pain continues on and off daily.

Recommendations?
