You can also calculate it by realizing it's part of the volume a hollow ball. The volume of a ball with radius 2 is 4*8pi/3 = 32pi/3. The volume of a ball with radius 1 is 4pi/3, so the volume of the hollow shell is 28pi/3. Now we want 2 out of 2pi of that in the theta direction, so that's 28pi/3*2/2pi = 28/3. But we also only want the upper half of the shell (since phi only goes from pi/2 to pi), so it's 14/3.

Triple integral by geometric intuition, fuck yeah.
