Whats the probability of getting a head injury while jogging on the beach, scientifically speaking?
They must've had some sort of studies done before putting up those signs, so I'm assuming the numbers are out there somewhere

yes, fraudulently produced ones. the scientists' job is to produce justification for ever increasing ZOG authoritarian is as well as to provide the technology necessary to take advantage of the justification

I got fined for "jogging" last summer on a 40 degree day while trying to get off the hot sand after a swim, I was legit walking back to the carpark quickly because the fucking sand is so hot after 2 weeks of consistent 35+degrees days.
I it was 80 dollars for the jogging without helmet and 150 for opened bottle( which I had picked up out of the sand to throw in the bin)

Yes, all would be fine as long as Goldberg et. al. detail their methodology.

Unrelated, but this kind of injustice made me remember an incident in elementary. My autistic kid mind picked up a twig that had fallen from a tree and placed it back up onto a branch. Then someone told the teacher that I was playing with sticks and climbing trees, and then got detention.

Why did you pay it? If you tell cops/judge you'd rather "sit it out in jail" than pay the fine, it costs them tons of money, and often dismiss the fine due to that. Sometimes they make you sit a weekend in jail, usually for $100-150 a day, so it's often better financially for most people to get 3 hot meals and a bunk for a few days.

NEVER pay a fine that you think you don't deserve. It emboldens them to fine people more for nonsese.

Why the hell are there rules against this in the first place? What purpose does it serve?

>What purpose does it serve?
Government power.
Read 1984 about the horrors of socialism.

"Power is not a means, it is an end."
