I can't find a single 3D animation of electromagnetic radiation. All simulations online only show one dimensional wave wtf

It's the same kind of thing with gravity affecting spacetime. Pretty much every single illustration is that distorted flat plane ball on a sheet thing which makes no sense at all when trying to understand what's actually happening. I was able to find the animation in picrel recently though which is how it should look. I was looking for 3d electromagnetism animations or pictures just a few days ago though and couldn't find anything either
