More than just supplements, but all of these is clearly affecting my performance, so I gotta post it.
And you shouldn't underestimate this.
So mind it, you'll get more productive and momentum by establishing routines, mindset, meditation and a healthy lifestyle, than any mild substance can give you, except for the hard stuff.

Alpha-GPD
Tyrosine
Acetylcholine / choline
Green Tea
1G Omega3 EPA
Electrolytes, morning and after sweaty workouts - 1000mg Sodium, 200mg potassium, 80mg magnesium

No-Fap /no porn
Meditation
Regular exercise
Clean healthy food (unprocessed + balanced om3+om6 levels)
Concsious sleep behavior
Consciously adapting the

The top changing factor I'd say is the foundation: sleep, food, exercises and then the cultivation of mind through Meditation, building resistance against limbic friction as well as cultivating the mesolimbic pathway.

Hey smart bros, This is Anon, from /fit/. I've been doing some research at the institute of bro science, and I've come to the frightening conclusion that doing research is gay as fuck, so now I just do what my brain tells me instead of trying to work my brain. But to answer OP's question, since it's poor form to not directly answer the thread question, you should workout with rep ranges of 10-15 with slow reps. That way, you can both force yourself to wait, like, a minute without any sorta external stimuli, while also getting in the hypertrophy range to get pretty ladies. N-E-whey's, I'm off to ask about the speed of light and stoichiometry, 'cuz I have a hard time understanding the first one and the way I was taught the second one feels bad in my head.
Stay aesthetic bros.

This is the board where mentally ill clinical retards come to spew "intellectual" takes no one in their life wants to hear about. I can guarantee you the average IQ here is below 90.

>> No.15164956

>>15164905
This is incorrect. Other than the small gaggle of anti-science retards, those of us who actually know what we're talking about and respect science are all at least 2 standard deviations above the mean in IQ.

>> No.15164977

>>15164905
You might see a lot of low-iq threads, but those are just the (unpaid) gatekeepers to real intellectual discussions.

Also not OP, but do you have any advice against brain fog? I can tell when it hits because I'll just look at an equation and not be able to begin to comprehend it anymore.

You need to understand this is a board where anyone around the world can post anonymously. You never know who you're interacting with on the other side of the screen.
