How are my chances of surviving?

Hey 4chan,

I got this back pain on the left side feels like its behind the shoulder blade, maybe a bit lower.

I've got this for 6 years and at first it was like almost not noticeable, but year for year it became worse and now I can't sleep...

MRT of my back wasn't showing anything 4 years ago, did a lot of sports and yoga, nothing had a positiv effect.

From time to time I get this felling of pressure/stinging somwhere near my stomache and it weirdly feels like it is connected to my backpain...

I dread it is pankreatic cancer :(
Are here some smart medics than could give me a diagnosis, how are my chances of surviving, I am 25?

Does it feel like it's near the spine? Might be degenerative disk disease, or more likely spinal tuberculosis considering you're young. Is the back pain dull or stinging? Considering you're feeling pricking sensations elsewhere it's most likely neurological and connected to the spine.

Definitely near the spine, but I got a MRT which was fine, no wear of the disc or any other irregularity.
This is why I am scared that it could come from any of my organs in that area...

Pain is mostly dull but rarely it fells like its stinging
