A naive scientist might mistakenly believe that gravity, evolution, electromagnetism or biochemistry are sufficiently proven. The Chad philosopher on the other hand knows they are just as socially constructed as gender. He also knows that he cannot know nothing. But somehow he has epistemologically certain knowledge when talking about the shortcomings of science.

Modern science is evidential. It can't prove anything. The existence of gravity is self evident, but gravity hasn't been proven "scientifically". Your mistake is believing that knowledge is scientific.
