How do you explain the fact that Black students from families with incomes of $80,000 to $100,000 score considerably lower on the SAT than White students from families with $20,000 to $30,000 incomes? How do you explain why social class factors, all taken together, only cut the Black-White achievement gap by a third? IQ means nothing besides your level of brain development. In todays modern world, the most basic way to develop your brain, thoughts, and better understanding patterns and designs (as most IQs are based on this) is studying, in other words, education.

Asians have the highest IQ as they develop their brains much more than the average Westerner. They are forced to study and learn much more material in much less time.

Blacks in a village in Ethiopia, for example, do not develop their brains in anyway due to lack of education or the necessity for being 'smart' in order to survive. That is why they are stronger instead.

General cognitive ability (intelligence, often indexed by IQ scores) is one of the most highly heritable behavioral dimensions. In an attempt to identify some of the many genes (quantitative trait loci; QTL) responsible for the substantial heritability of this quantitative trait, the IQ QTL Project uses an allelic association strategy. Allelic frequencies are compared for the high and low extremes of the IQ dimension using DNA markers in or near genes that are likely to be relevant to neural functioning. This first report of the IQ QTL Project presents allelic association results for 46 two-allele markers and for 26 comparisons for 14 multiple-allele markers. Two markers yielded significant (p < .01) allelic frequency differences between the high- and the low-IQ groups in the combined sample-a new HLA marker for a gene unique to the human species and a new brain-expressed triplet repeat marker (CTGB33). The prospects for harnessing the power of molecular genetic techniques to identify QTL for quantitative dimensions of human behavior are discussed.

No one cares anyway. Yesterday I saw a image with IQs worldwide, and sub-saharan Africa being in the 40s-50s with the lowest IQs. This sparked a few thoughts:

1st - There is no way any committee went to every poor country in Africa and gave an IQ test to more than 5,000 people (in the peoples native language) and came up with those results.
2nd - It proves my point that it all has to do with education, there is no reason all of the worlds idiots would be people located in Africa.

Have you ever seen a REAL IQ test? First of all, it's a LOT of word play and word correlation - which one would ONLY understand if he/she has done a lot of reading, studying, and brain development.

Then another common part is mathematical sequences - again, the only way to be good at that is some natural born talent + education and understanding.

Then another part is recognizing patterns, which I suppose you can argue is genetic/purely natural, however your brain develops as you study and attain more information, which would allow you to notice more patterns and understand them quickly.

tl;dr all parts of an IQ test are related with education
