>"We knew that we had created a new means of warfare, and the question as to what nation, to what victorious nation we were willing to entrust this brainchild of ours was a moral decision more than anything else. We wanted to see the world spared another conflict such as Germany had just been through, and we felt that only by surrendering such a weapon to people who are guided by the Bible could such an assurance to the world be best secured."

>"I began to see the shape of the man – his brilliance, the tremendous force of personality. It gripped you somehow. But also you could see his flaw - he was wholly without scruples, a godless man who thought himself the only god, the only authority he needed."

>"My experiences with science led me to God. They challenge science to prove the existence of God. But must we really light a candle to see the sun?"

If the world's greatest rocket scientist was so smart, why was he a christfag?

makes no sense. belief in an afterlife makes fear of death worse, and has little to do with belief in God.

Uh, fear of the afterlife (or more accurately, lack thereof) is the major motivator for the vast majority of humankind believing in some type of religion. Hence why essentially every religion tells you where you go when you die, and it isn't oblivion.

Also, pretty much all the great scientists of history were religious.
