I personally don't care about IQ, only if someone if able to consider new ideas that oppose their dogma told to them by the government and media. For example I know a guy who doesn't care that I'm racist and homophobic despite being against that kind of thing and sometimes admits I'm right.

Being able to talk fast and use the correct vocab to explain something simply and eloquently is what I look for.

Midwits usually vocab jerkoff by using words they recently learned the meaning of to try and pass off as smart. They have a filter of dumb subconscious manipulative techniques just to try and position themselves above others in a social hierarchy.

1: Do they consider they might be wrong? Do they evaluate their own actions in general? If so, they will be better at learning from others.
2: Do they have empathy? If not, they likely won't be of use to anyone anyway, or will require a considerable amount of compensation.
3: Do they use /sci/? If so, run.

I don't get that, most of the smartest people I have met can't even form a basic sentence together without sperging out cause they never talk to anyone.

usually lower IQ people can discern a person or any kind of social situation from a mile away, their EQ is really impressive and a lot of them could be good social workers if they get their act together.
