Not even remotely. Tranny surgeries use the tranny's own mutilated body parts, because using someone else's parts would increase the risk of necrosis.

Ask China. They have murdered millions of dissidents such as Uighurs, religious groups, muslims, etc. in just the last few years. MANY more than the entire German Holocaust killed. A large portion of those murdered were killed via live organ harvesting.

Skin is not like a heart or liver. You can use it with a lot less risk of rejection. Same with fat so breast/ass argumentation can be done with with cadaver fat (obviously more risk then your common implant so not recommended) you don't need to take immune suppressors for the rest of your life.
