Naw, some spic guy years ago. Was like 11" or some such insane length. That was a true measurement, no stretching or pushing the ruler into the pubic area. Any dick that has ever measured over that often had the ligament surgery to add a few inches that are inside the pelvic area. They tend to have erection problems after that surgery also and need drugs.

Common problem with dicks over 7" in length though is vascular restriction, and the inability to get a very rigid erection without viagra or drugs. They look big and impressive hanging there, but they remain sorta spongy soft when erect.
