I'm not sure what you're trying to say here. Are you saying that the Australian scientists were trying to fraudulently isolate the virus? If so, I'm not sure how you can say that for sure.

Various different images are included from different methods. Including direct electron microscopy of the virus, injected into cells, emerging from said cells.

Why are these not exosomes? Because unlike exosomes these "little balls" proceed to infect other cells, replicate inside them, and act in every single way exactly like a virus.
