It depends on what you mean by "possible"
Yes it's possible in the sense that there is nothing in physics stopping it
No it's not possible in the sense that the computer you'd need to build to simulate the brain would itself just be another brain, be a quantum computer that's really large running the simulation, or otherwise would be a computer so large that it actually wouldn't work and wouldn't be possible.

To answer the spirit of your question: No, it is not possible to build a classical machine like a supercomputer or a desktop or something, that is running a proper brain simulation.
