Assume a person has an average heart rate of 70 and does nothing else all day, just lets his or her heart beat, and another person does 1 hour of cardio every day where their hear rate is more than doubled, to 150, resulting in their average heart rate being 60 for the other 23 hours of the day, then that one hour making the other 23 hours lower is 9% less total heartbeats a day in person 2 compared to person 1, which all else equal given you don’t get ran over by a car or something, translates into 9% longer life

There is also a ton of stuff like endorphines, stronger bones, higher hormone levels, strength levels, better sleep

Bullshit, the number of beats isn't what makes your heart give out. And having a lower resting heart rate (good cardio) does not give you a longer lifespan.
OP I'll give you a hint. The only thing I'm aware of that has been proved to increase total lifespan in healthy humans (i.e. not counting when something is fucked and you need to fix it) is having been on a caloric restriction diet.
If I'm not mistaken it is the only such factor found to date.
It's your metabolism, dummy.
Not the number of heartbeats or breaths or anything stupid like that.
Think of your metabolism as the average RPM of your car's engine. If you're always pushing 6000, not gonna last for long.
Keep it under 4000 and you can get to 100k miles with just oil changes and a batch of tires. Now go check what i just wrote.

The are a lot of benefits. Lower resting heart rate, more muscle mass, bone density, better joints, stronger lungs etc.etc.
However, too much sport and it starts getting bad again because it’s too much strain. What I would suggest is a mix of weightlifting (however, not powerlifting or something along those lines) and some cardio where you can mix endurance with hiit (for example, running with sprint intervals mixed in, cycling with mountains, or the best cardio because of lowest joint strain and utilizing the whole body, swimming)
So something along the lines of
3x weightlifting for ~45 minutes including warmup
2x 30 minutes cardio
1x longer cardio session

>if you lift heavy you will get bulky & look like a man
All women should participate in weightlifting. Burning off fat and developing a muscular female physique is hot. You literally can't go wrong with that. Adding Anavar and some supplements can also help.

>Anavar has strong anabolic effects and weak androgenic effects, which give it a mild side effect profile and make it especially suitable for use in women.[4]

However there are still a lot of insecurities involved with strong women thinking they have to get a stronger man because otherwise the man would feel insecure. But this is not the case. Many men don't have these insecurities due to preferences. Including wanting to be the sub in a relationship. There is nothing wrong with women being stronger, smarter, whatever than their husbandos. Just be yourself and create your own path.

Actually bullshit. There is not a predetermined set number of beats you have for your heart. It's a machine like any other, and can break down if treated poorly and not given proper care. Proper care requires using it (use it or lose it) as not using it allows arteries to build up plaque, can make it weak like any other muscle, or is overworked. There is no 'set number of beats', that's just predeterminism.

Not that I agree with him, but the idea is that the other guy will lower his heart rate while at rest.

Example:
70 BPM x 60 min x 24 hours = 100,800 beats per day
(150 BPM x 60 min) + (65 BPM x 60 min x 23 hours) = 98,700 beats per day
