Overpopulation

The naive population of Africa has been doubling very 25 years since about 1900 or so. Africa is the only region on the planet which experiences such rapid population growth, the native populations of all other regions are not growing at similar rates, some are declining. Africa is the source of nearly all of human population growth.
Given this information, how does science expect to deal with overpopulation? Are they just going to let Africans dump their overpopulation problem on other continents? What happens when Africans overpopulate all of the continents?

Yep this is called r/K selection. Africans are an r-type mutation of humanoids while most other people are K-type. It means all non-Africans are doomed to a constant journey of trying to escape and form isolated communities away from black people, who will try to overpower us by sheer numbers.

That only applies to whites and some asians. Educating blacks does not work as the USA example has shown, also food security is not a thing anymore in developed countries, blacks will just fuck women and then dissapear, their kids will do the same, food will be provided by a single parent or wellfare state.

This is the real reason Roe v Wade was overturned. The only people without access to abortion now are the brain dead ones in red states I.e. blacks

NGOs already tried that. It worked very well. And then the NGOs left at the end of the project and everything went back to normal, even amongst those who had been educated. Pretty much the only way to keep birthrates down, other than things like eugenics, is to have an NGO outpost in every single village and neighborhood in Africa to babysit them and constantly moderate their behavior.

It's as simple as that. When women are told to be independent and they need a career and to wait to have a family. That's exactly what they do. If women were told to have children when they are at the youngest and most healthy (after HS). Then to wait to start a career once all their children are in at least primary school they would do exactly that.
