Sup fags

Is it theoretically possible to treat corpus callosum injuries? Agenesis and hemisphere lateralization issues, is there any supplement or diy experimental treatment?

>what is it

The corpus callosum is a large bundle of more than 200 million myelinated nerve fibers that connect the two brain hemispheres, permitting communication between the right and left sides of the brain.

Nope. There are no neurological therapeutic procedures involving drugs or surgery. It's just removing pressure by putting a catheter in your ear or up your nose.
There's physical, occupational and speech therapy.
Nothing for vision. Sight is the most delicate. If you have that be happy.
Most people are happy to be able to toilet on their own.
