Besides the obvious causing obscene harm against patients for what little they offer, why are meds specifically antipsychotics so poorly adopted and innovated upon. I’m convinced alot of this has to do with a small minority of people who push this stuff

2nd gen antipsychotics are markedly better than 1st gen (having personal experience with both haloperidol and olanzapine). Maybe the harm they do is just inextricably tied to how they function. What do you mean poorly adopted?

What gives doctors the right to cripple my children and ruin my ability as a parent to raise them to be the best they can be because now not only are they morbidly crippled they are also unable to show up to school because somehow this information is public and they are getting bullied and having their realities shaped by predatory creeps

What you seem to not understand is that meds aren't there to "cure you safely" like something you might get for an infection they are there as a replacement for execution so any harm they cause still warrants they existence and arguably the more harm they do the better they work. When someone says take your meds what they mean is be glad you live in current year because you should have been killed as a child.

They are not dosed properly so they cause excessive damage. With a proper dose they would still cause some damage.
Meds change the levels of some neurotransmitters. You obviously need to measure how high or low you want to go, too much and you have caused another chemical imbalance in the opposite direction but now its worse because it affects the whole brain while the original disease affected only a region of the brain.
You need to measure your neurotransmitters like diabetics measure their blood sugar.

While that is well, it doesn’t explain why I come home to see my child seizing in bed and unable to speak with a toungue stuck out injected with the devils spirit in my child after firmly stating no to the malicious treatment like to an insolent bully, so because some nurse wanted to make sure her narrative could be defensible in a court of law, we never reached a proper diagnosis as every appointment had a different reasoning that they eventually began outright lying about the safety of these medications and diagnosis to my unaware child.

Well let's see, I've never been diagnosed as psychotic but I was pumped full of antipsychotics to make life easier on the staff of my group home. So maybe they could have hired more group home staff?
