I think his best accomplishments beside Hawking radiation are singularity theorem and suggesting blackhole information paradox. Hawking definitely would win Nobel prize by singularity theorem if he was still alive.

In terms of information paradox, even he was wrong, it was great suggestion. It leads many great theoretical progress like AdS/CFT correspondence.

In addition Hawking-Bekenstein entropy is also very significant as well as what he did in cosmology.

then again in perspective, hawking’s contributions almost always have caveats. the singularity theorem was just a cosmological reinterpretation of Penrose’s result. Hawking radiation flows directly from Bekenstein entropy, and his calculation of the emission is a very questionable calculation (really only Vafa and Strominger were able to do something convincing on that, but it was using string theory). no-boundary was a collaboration with Hartle.

he also did some disservices to physics. the more minor one was hyping up 11 dimensional supergravity as a theory of everything, when it was already known full well that the theory is UV divergent. worse: he started one of the big anti-LHC memes and spurred on the shinzo community of LHC conspiracy theorists that still goes on to this day.
