Lead is essential, it belongs in those binding sites. We are being starved and poisoned.

This is why they teach us to eat such insane amounts of calcium, despite there being no biological need fir so much. Iron as well, together with also being directly toxic itself, people began killing each other and burned their cities to the ground (sometimes repeatedly) when it became more widely used in ~13th century BCE.
