Lulwut. Go to the welfare or medical institutions and educate yourself on your rights in dealing with uni administration. Maybe you can even get additional help like a social worker for everyday, legal, medical or learning assistance.
In my country politicians get mad about "non-genuine" students as well because of zero taxes part time jobs and cheapest public transportation tickets. But you're mentally ill, not a tax maxxing wagie.
