Instead of primarily drinking water throughout the day randomly, try and drinking a big cup of water before you eat your 3 meals a day. when ever you get sad, drink water, when ever you feel chappy, drink water. when you smoke weed, drink about the same volume of smoke you inhale of water. when ever you drink alcohol match how much you've drank with the same amount of water.

Pair this with figuring out what your body is allergic to, and going to the gym, or working out, and sustaining from pornography and focus on in person social interactions instead of depending on the false satisfaction the internet gives you, Porn, Twitch, Youtube, then you are well on your way to a healthy penis/vagina, good mental health, and a rewarding life style that will keep you in the loop and make you successful.
