Is there any possibility of curing color blindness in the near future? All I can find about the topic was gene therepy that didn't get past tests on monkeys.

There's a special sunglass that fixes it. I'm not color blind but isn't that enough for most color blind people?

eye transplants would cure most forms of colour blindness

>>14587565
this only works for partially colour blind people by enhancing colours they see poorly. fully colourblind people wont see any new colours

How do you perceive the same two tomatoes in the other pictures? For me it's
>Deuteranomaly: the flesh is less red, the leaves are a more drab shade of green
>Protanopia: the flesh is dark green, the leaves are as in deuteranomaly
>Tritanopia: what was green in the original image is gray

Are all the tomatoes red on the bottom left? If so, you have protanopia.

And you probably have deuteranopia.

cool website where you can upload your own pics: https://www.color-blindness.com/coblis-color-blindness-simulator/

looks like yotsuba works just fine for the colorblind, all the links are still easily distinguishable
