So, i tried this yesterday but found out is really hard to ignore some of those impulses, the most annoying ones where pain and discomfort, which made me change my body position.
I wanna try it again this night, does anybody got any tips?

is lucid dreaming a lot different than normal dreams? i find that when i dream, im aware that im awake, so its not really what i would call a "dream"
