From my knowledge of friends who took Biology, I would say that 99.9% of the mathematics you do is statistics.

You might touch on some population dynamics, but the concepts are a bit too mathematical for you to probe fully.

Mathematical Biology is an awesome relatively new field. If you're in any way interested I suggest this, the bible of mathbio:
